The RoleWe are hiring an ambitious and commercially driven Export Sales Lead to spearhead our business development efforts across African and Middle Eastern markets. You will be responsible for building and managing a pipeline of international buyers, closing export deals, and representing Global Zone Link as a trusted trading partner on the global stage.This is a high-impact, client-facing role for someone who knows how to open doors, negotiate across cultures, and close with confidence.What You'll DoIdentify, qualify, and develop new export clients and distribution channelsManage the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach to negotiation, deal closure, and post-sale relationship managementCoordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment, timely shipment, and documentation compliancePrepare competitive pricing proposals, Proforma Invoices, and export quotationsAttend international trade exhibitions and represent the company at industry eventsMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and buyer demand across target regionsReport on sales pipeline, deal progress, and revenue forecasts to senior management What We're Looking ForEducation: Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related fieldExperience: 4+ years in export sales, international business development, or commodity trading — experience with fresh produce or industrial goods is a strong plusLanguages: Fluent in Arabic and English is a must (written and spoken)Market Knowledge: Familiarity with African, Asian and/or Middle Eastern buyer landscape, import regulations, and trade dynamicsTrade Skills: Understanding of export documentation (LCs, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin), Incoterms, and pricing structuresCharacter: A self-starter with exceptional communication skills, commercial instincts, and the resilience to build relationships across time zones and cultures
