The Role:We are looking for a sharp, organized, and globally-minded Office & Operations Manager to be the operational backbone of our multi-sector trading business. This is not a routine admin role — it is a strategic position requiring someone who can synchronize complex logistics, international documentation, and office leadership across three distinct business divisions simultaneously.If you thrive at the intersection of international trade, logistics coordination, and team management, this role was built for you.What You'll Do:⁠Strategic Operational Oversight: Lead the daily administrative and operational flow across our three main sectors, ensuring seamless integration between the Fresh Produce Export division and our Industrial Supply/Agencies department.International Logistics Coordination: Oversee complex shipping schedules and documentation for global exports to Africa and the Middle East, while managing the incoming flow of steel and industrial equipment from Chinese markets.⁠Agency & Principal Management: Act as the primary liaison for international industrial agencies, maintaining professional relationships with global principals serving the cement and fertilizer industries.⁠Documentation & Compliance Mastery: Manage the critical lifecycle of international trade documents, including Proforma Invoices, Letters of Credit (LCs), Bills of Lading, and certificates of origin, ensuring 100% regulatory compliance.⁠Multi-Branch Communication: Serve as the central communication hub between our Egyptian headquarters, regional partners in Africa, and suppliers in China to ensure deadlines are met and operations are optimized.⁠Office Leadership: Foster a high-performance culture within the office by managing administrative staff, overseeing procurement of office resources, and streamlining internal reporting systems for the leadership team.  What We're Looking ForEducation: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a related fieldExperience: 5+ years in office management or operations within an import/export, shipping, or freight forwarding environmentLanguages: Excellent command of both Arabic and English (written and spoken) — essential for managing international contracts and supplier communicationTech Skills: Advanced MS Office proficiency; familiarity with ERP or logistics platforms is a strong plusMindset: A proactive, culturally-aware problem-solver comfortable working with partners across China, Africa, and the Middle East
