We're Hiring: Export Sales ManagerLocation: Cairo, EgyptCompany: Egytrafo for Electrical IndustriesEgytrafo for Electrical Industries, one of Egypt's leading manufacturers of Power & Distribution Transformers, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Export Sales Manager to lead and expand our international sales operations.This leadership role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with extensive experience in the electrical manufacturing industry, capable of driving export business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and leading high-performing sales teams across international markets.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategic sales plans for export markets.Lead and manage the Export Sales team to achieve annual sales and profitability targets.Expand the company's presence across Africa, the GCC, and other international markets.Identify new business opportunities and establish long-term strategic partnerships.Manage key accounts and lead major project negotiations from inquiry through contract award.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Planning, and Logistics teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.Prepare annual export sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for executive management.Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade fairs, customer meetings, and business development events.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.Minimum 20 years of progressive experience in Export Sales, Business Development, and International Sales Management.Proven experience in export sales within the electrical manufacturing industry.Strong background in Power & Distribution Transformers, Electrical Equipment, Switchgear, MV/LV Solutions, or Energy Infrastructure.Demonstrated success in leading sales teams and achieving sustainable business growth in international markets.Excellent leadership, strategic planning, negotiation, and communication skills.Fluent English is mandatory; French is considered a strong advantage.Willingness to travel internationally.If you have the leadership, industry expertise, and commercial vision to expand our global presence, we would be delighted to hear from you.Apply now by sending your CV to: hr@egytrafo.com
