The Export Sales Manager will be responsible for driving the growth of our export sales operations within the Food & Beverages sector. To manage and grow export sales for assigned international markets, developing distributor relationships, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring smooth export operations for frozen potato products. RESPONSIBILITIESSales Growth & Market Development:Achieving export targets for assigned markets through strategic planning and execution.Identify and develop new distributors and customers to expand market presence.Conduct market and competitor analysis to optimize pricing and positioning.Distributor & Account Management:Manage and grow existing distributor relationships through regular communication and business reviewsHandle inquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate with production and logistics for on time delivery.Export Operations:Supervise export operations from order to shipment, ensuring accurate documentation.Liaise with freight forwarders to monitor rates and control logistics costs.Work with supply chain teams to align production schedules with export demand.'Trade Marketing:Attend international trade fairs to represent the company and generate leads.Collaborate with marketing on region-specific promotional materials. Reporting:Prepare sales forecasts, pricing reviews, and performance reports.REQUIREMENTS7 to 10 years of export sales experience in FMCG or frozen food manufacturing (potatoes, vegetables, or ready-to-cook products). Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, Food Science, or a related field.MBA or advanced degree is preferred.Strong knowledge of cold chain logistics, incoterms (CIF, FOB, EXW), and labeling regulations (EU, FDA, etc.).Familiarity with private label programs and export documentation requirements.Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and ERP platforms (e.g., Oracle).Fluent in English; additional languages (French, Spanish, German) are a strong advantage.Willingness to travel internationally.
