⁩Export Sales Manager – Frozen Fruits & Vegetables Job Description:We are looking for a results-driven Export Sales Manager to join our team at Seedz, a fast-growing Egyptian exporter of premium frozen fruits and vegetables.The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new international markets, managing client relationships, and closing export deals, particularly in Europe, GCC, and Russia. Responsibilities:Identify and develop new international clients (importers, distributors, factories)Manage the full sales cycle (lead generation → negotiation → closing)Handle inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups professionallyBuild long-term relationships with buyersParticipate in international exhibitions (Gulfood, Food Africa, etc.)Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitorsCoordinate with production and logistics teams Requirements:Experience in export sales (preferably frozen food industry)Strong communication and negotiation skillsFluent English (spoken & written)Ability to close deals, not just generate leadsExperience in markets like Europe, GCC, or Russia is a plus🎯 What we are looking for:A proactive, sales-driven mindset — someone who can take ownership, bring new business, and grow with the company.
