The Export Supervisor is responsible for managing and coordinating the end-to-end export operations of fresh fruits and vegetables, ensuring compliance with international standards, timely delivery, and optimal product quality. The role involves close coordination with farms, packhouses, logistics providers, and international clients. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Logistics, or related field3–6 years of experience in fresh produce export (preferably citrus, grapes, or vegetables)Strong knowledge of export procedures and documentationFamiliarity with EU market requirements is a strong advantageGood understanding of cold chain logistics
