The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility and technical proficiency in industry-standard software. You will be responsible for creating compelling exterior design concepts, developing detailed drawings, and producing high-quality visualizations that bring architectural visions to life.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Concept DevelopmentDevelop creative exterior design concepts for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.Prepare mood boards, material palettes, and design presentations for client approval.Ensure designs align with client briefs, local regulations, and industry best practices.Technical Drawings & DocumentationProduce accurate architectural drawings, plans, elevations, and sections using AutoCAD and Revit.Coordinate with interior designers, structural engineers, and MEP teams to ensure design feasibility.Revise and update drawings based on client feedback and project requirements.3D Modeling & VisualizationCreate detailed 3D models using SketchUp and Revit.Produce photorealistic renderings and walkthrough animations using Lumion.Develop high-quality presentation graphics using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for client and stakeholder presentations.Collaboration & Project CoordinationWork closely with project managers, architects, and other designers to meet project deadlines.Participate in site visits to assess conditions and ensure design intent is maintained during construction.Incorporate feedback from clients and internal teams to refine designs.Quality Control & StandardsEnsure all deliverables meet company quality standards and brand guidelines.Stay updated on the latest exterior design trends, materials, and technologies in the KSA market.QualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in exterior design (portfolio required).Software Proficiency (Mandatory):AutoCADRevitAdobe IllustratorSketchUpLumionPhotoshopPreferredExperience working on projects in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.Knowledge of local building codes and municipal approval processes in Jeddah.Experience with additional software (e.g., 3ds Max, Rhino, InDesign).Bilingual (Arabic and English) – strong advantage but not mandatory.Key Competencies & SkillsSkillDescription Attention to Detail Precision in drawings, renderings, and material specifications CreativityAbility to generate fresh, innovative exterior design conceptsTime Management Handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines Communication Clearly present design ideas to clients and internal teamsProblem-Solving Find practical solutions to design and coordination challenges Team CollaborationWork effectively with architects, engineers, and project managersPerformance Metrics (KPIs)On-time delivery of design drawings and renderingsClient satisfaction scores on design presentationsAccuracy and completeness of Revit/AutoCAD modelsNumber of design revisions required (lower is better)Contribution to successful project approvalsWhat We OfferCompetitive salary (based on experience)Full-time, onsite role in Jeddah, Saudi ArabiaOpportunity to work on high-profile exterior design projectsProfessional development and software training supportCollaborative, creative studio environment
