The Co-Teacher will collaborate with the lead teacher to plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework. Daily responsibilities include supporting classroom instruction, facilitating play-based learning activities, monitoring student progress, and maintaining a safe and inclusive classroom environment. The role involves communicating regularly with colleagues and families, assisting with assessment and documentation, and contributing to school events and professional development initiatives. The Co-Teacher will work closely with the teaching team to ensure each child’s academic, social, and emotional needs are met.Qualifications Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, preferably with experience in early years or primary settings.Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Training to design age-appropriate, engaging learning experiences.Excellent Communication skills for working with children, colleagues, and families in a collaborative school environment.Ability to support classroom management, student wellbeing, and inclusive practices.Relevant teaching qualification or degree in Education or a related field; EYFS experience is highly desirable.Fluency in English, with strong written and oral skills.Demonstrated teamwork, adaptability, and a commitment to ongoing professional growth.
