The Job Title is responsible for delivering high-quality guest service in alignment with Fairmont standards, supporting daily hotel operations, and collaborating with colleagues and leaders to ensure a seamless guest experience. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal departments, responding promptly and professionally to guest requests, maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment, and accurately following hotel policies and procedures. The role also involves identifying opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction, participating in trainings and briefings, and contributing to a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The Job Title is expected to represent the brand with professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and a strong commitment to service excellence.QualificationsProven experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related service-oriented field, preferably within a luxury or upscale environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.Comfort with basic computer systems and hotel-related software; willingness to learn new tools and technology as required.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on operational needs.Professional, respectful, and inclusive approach, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.Fluency in English required; additional languages, especially Arabic, are an advantage.Relevant education in hospitality, tourism, business, or a related field is preferred but equivalent experience will be considered.
