Job Description:We are seeking a detail-oriented Facade Designer and Estimator with hands-on experience in façade detailing and quantity takeoffs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in preparing shop drawings, reviewing architectural and structural plans, and using specialized façade software. You will be expected to collaborate with engineers and project stakeholders to ensure compliance with technical specifications and project requirements.Key Responsibilities:Prepare accurate and comprehensive shop drawings for windows, curtain walls, and panel systemsPerform material and quantity takeoffs by reviewing plans and creating summaries in Excel/PDFWork closely with engineers to develop and revise designs and calculationsEnsure drawings meet applicable codes, standards, and project specsUse Logikal, AutoCAD, and Excel to complete design and estimation tasks efficientlyRequirementsQualifications:Proven experience in façade design, including curtain walls, windows, and cladding systemsSkilled in preparing shop drawings and detailed takeoff summariesProficient in AutoCAD, Logikal Software, and Microsoft ExcelStrong understanding of construction documents and architectural drawingsExcellent attention to detail and strong organizational skillsBenefitsWork Setup: Full-time, Work-from-HomeSchedule: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (9:00 PM - 5:00 AM PH Time)Salary: Competitive | Based on experienceSend your CV and portfolio to: mondilla.jay03@gmail.com
