Gamma International College is seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance / Facility Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and operational efficiency of the school campus and facilities.The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising maintenance activities, ensuring the safety and cleanliness of school facilities, coordinating repairs, and supporting the smooth daily operation of the school environment in accordance with health and safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily maintenance and facility operations across the school campus.Monitor the condition of school buildings, classrooms, utilities, equipment, and infrastructure.Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance activities are completed efficiently and on time.Supervise maintenance staff, technicians, and external service providers.Coordinate repairs related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance works.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety risks.Maintain maintenance records, reports, and inventory of tools and supplies.Support emergency response procedures and resolve urgent maintenance issues promptly.Coordinate with school departments to ensure minimal disruption to school operations.Monitor contractors’ performance and ensure quality standards are maintained.Assist in planning maintenance budgets and procurement requirements.Ensure school facilities remain safe, functional, clean, and well-maintained at all times. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Maintenance, or a related field.Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in maintenance or facilities supervision.Previous experience in schools, educational institutions, or large facilities is preferred.Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and facility operations.Understanding of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance systems.Good knowledge of health and safety regulations and emergency procedures.Strong leadership and team supervision skills.Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance reporting systems.Excellent command of Arabic; good English communication skills are an advantage.High level of responsibility, reliability, and attention to detail.
