Gamma International College is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist / Admin Assistant to support the daily administrative and front-desk operations of the school.The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for parents, students, visitors, and staff, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment while providing efficient administrative support across different departments.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome visitors, parents, students, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.Manage front desk operations and maintain a positive school image.Provide administrative and clerical support to school departments as needed.Maintain student and staff records, filing systems, and databases accurately.Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules.Support admissions, student affairs, and HR processes when required.Prepare letters, reports, documents, and correspondence.Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement requests.Assist in organizing school events, meetings, and activities.Ensure confidentiality of school information and records.Support daily operational tasks to ensure smooth school administration. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in administration, receptionist, or customer service roles.Previous experience in schools or educational institutions is an advantage.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Professional appearance and positive attitude.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent command of English language (spoken and written).Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and administrative systems.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively within a multicultural environment.High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and customer service orientation.
