Plant Cleaning & HousekeepingResponsible for maintaining overall plant cleanliness and housekeeping standards. Scrap Material ManagementOrganize and oversee disposal and proper handling of scrap materials. Uniform Supply & MaintenanceProvide employees with uniforms and ensure regular cleaning and upkeep. Service Provider ManagementManage and follow up with multiple service providers, including a) Cleaning services b) Hazardous waste disposal c) Used equipment oil disposal d) Non‑hazardous waste disposal e) Scrap disposal f) Uniform supply g) Uniform laundry servicesVendor Performance & InvoicesTrack service providers’ invoices, contracts, and performance to ensure compliance and efficiency. Procurement SupportCreate and process PRs (Purchase Requisitions) and POs (Purchase Orders) for the operations team. Cross‑Department CommunicationCoordinate with HR, Finance, and Purchasing departments to facilitate operational needs. Systems & Filing ProceduresDevelop and implement new filing procedures and organizational systems. Visitor & Expat LogisticsArrange accommodation, catering, cleaning, security, and transportation for plant visitors and expatriates. Expense ManagementProcess expense reports for the Operations Director and plant management. Meeting SupportRecord minutes of director’s meetings and follow up on action plans and corrective actions. Operations ReportingPrepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and presenting operational data. QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in business. Experience: 3–5 years in operations, administration, or plant support. Technical: MS Office, SAP systems, documentation control.
