From large-scale utilities to mission-critical facilities, we provide systems built for long-term resilience.At EEC Electric, our commitment is to provide solutions that meet the highest standards of safety, reliability, and sustained performance across every project we undertake.Role Description• Proficiency in electrical panel design, fabrication, and assembly processes.• Strong understanding of electrical components, wiring diagrams, and schematic drawings.• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations (e.g., UL, NEC, IEC).• Demonstrated leadership abilities with the ability to lead and motivate a team.• Experience in managing production schedules, workflow, and resource allocation.• Effective communication skills to liaise with various departments, suppliers, and customers.• Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures to ensure product quality and reliability.• Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical issues and optimize manufacturing processes.• Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.• Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical panel manufacturing or a related industry.• Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
