An opportunity in KSA for the Factory Operation Manager Key Responsibilities:Manage daily factory operations and ensure smooth production workflow.Supervise and lead maintenance, production, and operational teams including supervisors and department heads.Monitor machinery performance and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.Ensure production targets, quality standards, and operational KPIs are achieved.Develop and implement operational improvement, optimization, and automation strategies.Oversee production orders, operational reporting, and process efficiency analysis.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and operational procedures.Coordinate with cross-functional departments to improve overall plant performance.Utilize the SAP ERP system for operational planning, reporting, and resource management.Lead and motivate teams while maintaining strong operational discipline and leadership presence.Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial management, or any related field.Minimum 15 years of experience in industrial manufacturing operations.Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.Previous experience in industrial plants is mandatory.SAP ERP system experience is mandatory.Strong leadership and people management skills.Strong personality with the ability to manage large operational teams.Experience in maintenance management, production operations, machinery handling, and process optimisation.Knowledge of automation and operational efficiency improvement methodologies is highly preferred.
