FICO Lead

As FICO Lead, you will work closely with finance stakeholders and cross-functional project teams to shape solutions, support execution, and help drive a successful implementation across the finance workstream.ResponsibilitiesLead the FICO workstream for the Egypt SAP template roll-outValidate the global template against local finance, controlling, tax, and statutory requirementsWork closely with business stakeholders to confirm process alignment and identify local gaps or specific needsSupport configuration discussions, functional design reviews, and solution validation with the broader project teamManage and support key FICO activities including workshops, fit-gap analysis, testing, defect resolution, cutover, and go-live readinessEnsure finance master data and transactional data requirements are clearly understood and supportedCoordinate with integration, data, reporting, and other functional teams to ensure end-to-end process readinessSupport user training, business readiness, and hypercare activities for finance processesEnsure compliance with local regulatory requirements, including e-invoicing requirementsTrack risks, issues, and dependencies within the FICO workstream and escalate where neededRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field6+ years of hands-on SAP FICO functional lead experience in implementation or template roll-out programsHands-on experience with SAP FICO core submodules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, and Profit Center AccountingExperience with SAP FICO integration with MM and SD modulesExperience with e-invoicing requirements and implementation, along with local tax compliance and statutory reportingExperience working directly with finance leadership, business stakeholders, key users, and cross-functional teams including integration, data, reporting, and other SAP functional teams to drive FICO workstream executionEligible to work in EgyptBenefitsPrivate Health InsuranceTraining & Development
