Operating across the Information Technology and Services sector, the company partners with organizations on complex digital transformation initiatives and business-critical systems that support day-to-day operations and long-term growth.Job SummaryThe PTM Lead (SAP PP) will be responsible for leading the Production-to-Manufacture (PTM) workstream for the SAP template roll-out in Egypt, with a focus on Production Planning (PP) processes. This role requires a hands-on functional lead with strong SAP PP expertise and a solid understanding of manufacturing planning, production execution, material staging, and shop floor process integration.The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and the central program team to ensure alignment with the global SAP template while supporting local manufacturing requirements, solution validation, testing, deployment, and go-live readiness.RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesLead the PTM / PP workstream for the Egypt SAP template roll-outValidate the global template against local production planning and manufacturing processesWork with business stakeholders to confirm process alignment and identify local gaps or operational requirementsSupport workshops, fit-gap discussions, solution validation, and functional reviewsDrive PP activities across testing, defect resolution, cutover preparation, go-live, and hypercareEnsure readiness across key areas including production planning, production orders, MRP, material staging, and manufacturing execution supportCoordinate closely with MM, Warehouse, Logistics, Data, Reporting, and Integration teams to ensure end-to-end process alignmentSupport business readiness, training, and user adoption for production and manufacturing processesTrack risks, issues, and dependencies within the PP workstream and escalate where requiredProvide regular status updates on progress, key decisions, risks, and business impactsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related fieldSAP PP and/or SAP S/4HANA certification is a plus7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Production Planning (PP)Minimum 2 years of experience leading SAP PP/PTM workstreams or functional teamsProven experience in at least one full SAP implementation or global template roll-out projectExperience with SAP S/4HANA is highly preferredMust-Have RequirementsProven hands-on SAP PP functional lead experience in implementation or SAP template roll-out programsStrong knowledge of production planning and manufacturing processes within SAPStrong expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP)Experience in Material Requirements Planning (MRP), production orders, Bills of Materials (BOMs), routings, work centers, material staging, and shop floor process flowsExperience with SAP configuration, testing, defect analysis, and production supportStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with manufacturing, operations, and cross-functional teamsExperience supporting SIT, UAT, cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare activitiesAbility to lead functional workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution validation sessionsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to drive execution and deliver results in a fast-paced project environmentFluent in English, both written and spokenGood-to-Have RequirementsExperience in FMCG industry environmentsExperience in global SAP template roll-out programsFamiliarity with MM, Warehouse, Logistics, and Quality Management (QM) integration pointsExperience coordinating with Data, Reporting, and Integration teamsExposure to plant operations and manufacturing execution activitiesExperience with SAP S/4HANA implementationsSAP PP or SAP S/4HANA certification
