Reporting to the Technical Director, will manage your projects from start to finish, from on-site needs analysis to post-deployment support.Analysis and Design (Study Phase)Visit clients to audit their business processes (receiving soiled linen, sorting, washing, shipping, and traceability solution requirements).\Write functional and technical specifications.Propose suitable solutions (software, hardware such as handheld terminals, RFID, conveyors).Development and IntegrationEnsure the maintenance of existing applications.Develop new features or specific modules using WinDev/WebDev/WinDev Mobile.Manage the database (HFSQL).Ensure interfacing with industrial PLCs or third-party systems (ERP, accounting).Deployment and InstallationInstall the solution at the client's site.Configure the equipment (RFID antennas, barcode scanners, thermal printers).Train end users and local administrators.Monitoring and DevelopmentProvide level 2 and 3 technical support.Analyze customer feedback to propose continuous improvements.Maintain technical and user documentation.User Support and Service ManagementSupervise the technical support team (Helpdesk) and ensure the quality and speed of service to internal users.Implement and maintain established practices for managing incidents, problems, and changes.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) to Master's degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science.Language: Proficient in English.Technical Expertise:Essential mastery of the PC SOFT environment (WinDev) with a minimum of 5 years of experience.Good knowledge of SQL database management.Knowledge of networking and hardware (IoT, RFID) would be a significant asset.
