Job Objective: Delivering High-Quality Support & ensuring Optimal System Performance. The Field Service Engineer (FSE) is responsible to perform the Main duties and Responsibilities that follows including the daily service (Preventive Maintenance, Installations and Repair and All Needed of the customers’ equipment to be in Highest Operational Status.Dedicated to minimizing downtime through proactive maintenance, rapid troubleshooting, and excellent customer support.Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers as well as performing necessary administrative duties as required and other duties as assigned.Main Duties and Responsibilities Installation Responsible for pre-installation site inspection and reporting (including documentation).Responsible for installation of medical devices at customer site (according to time plan).Abiding by Sysmex instrument installation manuals. Customer SupportBasic troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair on Sysmex instruments.Provide High Quality Customer Support through phone (Remote Support) and On-Site support when needed without any delay, accomplish PPM Plan as scheduled with customers in line with Sysmex standards. Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications & SW Updates in line with Sysmex Standard.Service Contracts Meet Service Sales Target via New Service Contracts & Renewal of valid contracts as advised by Management.Product Knowledge Attending necessary Trainings to work as per Sysmex standards (Online & Class). Spare Parts:Ordering and managing spare parts required for his own Car-Stock, monthly match the spare parts Inventory & Order.Administrative dutiesKeeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining MS Dynamics Registration, Service Call logs and internal service records in a timely manner.Utilizing the escalation process to resolve customer Service & Technical issues.Identifying and participating in service sales opportunities such as new contracts signing, and contract marketing & Renewals.Working as a Member of the team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within assigned area.Service Reports Activity to be done after every Visit (Signed & Stamped) specially after installation.Give Support in Training Academy if possible (As Trainer or Co-Trainer)Meeting Health and Human Services, Environmental Health, and Safety and/or all other applicable regulatory requirements.Education and Experience: Bachelor of Engineering: (Biomedical - Electronics - Mechatronics) Departments Only. 1-5 years of relevant experience. Valid driver's license.Sound knowledge of medical terminology and legislation.Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications is an extra point.Required Skills/Abilities: Customer Support skills, Effective communication and negotiation skills.Excellent Technical analytical and problem-solving skills.Active and Self Organized.
