The role includes managing branch accounting activities, supervising financial reporting, monitoring budgets, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and applicable regulations. The Finance Branch Manager will oversee cash flow, cost control, and profitability, while coordinating closely with headquarters to align branch performance with company objectives. Daily tasks involve reviewing financial statements, approving transactions, guiding the branch finance team, and supporting audits and internal reviews. The role also requires collaborating with operations, sales, and distribution teams to provide financial insights that support decision-making and business growth.QualificationsStrong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and branch-level profitability analysis.Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls, with experience in audit support.Ability to lead and develop finance teams, manage performance, and coordinate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to accuracy and detail.Advanced skills in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP or financial systems; experience in distribution or FMCG is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CMA, CPA) are a plus.Strong communication skills in English and Arabic, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-finance colleagues.Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
