Job Summary:The Senior Finance Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring that the organization adheres to all financial compliance regulations and internal policies. This role involves conducting periodic internal compliance reviews, investigating compliance issues, managing risks.Duties And Responsibilities.Conduct periodic financial internal compliance reviews and investigations to ensure adherence to compliance proceduresIdentify and report compliance issues requiring follow-up or further investigationAssist the Compliance Manager in implementing financial compliance programs and ensuring alignment with new laws and regulationsSupport the implementation of compliance programs, new laws, and regulations in finance operationsAssist internal audit teams during compliance reviews by monitoring and assessing compliance systemsVerify that all finance policies and procedures are properly documented, implemented, and communicated throughout the organizationDevelop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate operational and compliance risksMaintain accurate documentation of compliance activities and reportingQualifications and Requirements:Professional certification in compliance or finance is a plus (e.g., CMA, ESAA, CIA)10 years+ of experience in financial compliance, control, or internal/external rolesStrong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex procedures and regulatory requirementsIn-depth knowledge of industry standards, financial regulations, and reporting proceduresExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven experience in record keeping and preparing compliance reportsStrong knowledge of Accounting Standards, Risk Management, and Compliance FrameworksExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailProficiency in reporting procedures and record-keepingPowered by JazzHRcxgCkU76lP
