Finance ManagerKey ResponsibilitiesOversee all financial operations and financial forecasting (including cash management), reporting and analysis processes (Mandatory)Proficiency in all aspects of accounting and pertinent regulations including IFRS compliance and corporate accounting policies (Mandatory)Ensure FP&A processes are robust and include coordination, analysis, and reporting of the financial performance to the Leadership Team, Portfolio Management (50/50, but have to have FP&A experience)Support key talent within Finance team through detailed, actionable development plans (Mandatory)Motivate and lead entire finance team members and promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement (Mandatory)Delivers financial oversight of RFPs, bids, quotes, and POC processes (Reports)Support effective and controlled cost estimate processes (Cost and Rev analysis)Become knowledgeable on the company’s financial reporting tools including Dynamics Great Plains and Adaptive Insights (ERP)Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of financial significanceMaintain appropriate internal control framework for the entire organization; strengthen existing internal controls (P&L and Balance sheet analysis & aduitig on his team)Qualifications5+ years accounting or finance experience, preferably in a technology or production-based environmentMinimum 3 years experience in environments with cash management focusProfessional accounting designation is ideal - CPA or equivalent (Preferred)Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and the hours necessary to get the job doneInterpersonal skills to maintain strong relationships both within finance and across other functionsStrong analytical skills required with a high-level attention to detail and level of accuracyAbility to gather data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and propose solutionsAdvanced knowledge of Excel is requiredKnowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains a plusFluency in English written and spoken is a MUST
