Overview:Hassan Allam Utilities (HAU), the development and investment arm of Hassan Allam Holding, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. HAU is a leading investor in the Energy, Logistics, Water, and Social Infrastructure sectors.The selected candidate will join one of HAU’s assets and play a key role in managing finance operations, reporting, controls, compliance, and stakeholder coordination.Responsibilities:Manage daily finance and accounting operations in line with applicable accounting standards, IFRS, and Group policies.Review and approve financial records, accounting entries, reconciliations, payments, cheques, and bank transfers in line with the authority matrix.Prepare and review monthly trial balance, financial statements, and Group reporting packages including balance sheet, profit and loss, cash flow, and required analysis.Overseeing internal compliance processes, with full responsibility for internal audit activities and adherence to group requirements.Developing and implementing internal KPIs to monitor financial and operational performance.Ensuring awareness of tax requirements and compliance with applicable Egyptian laws and regulations.Manage and monitor the capex & Opex spending against approved budget.Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities and ensure all reports are completed accurately and on time.Track loan facility capacity, utilization, repayments, cheques, transfers, and monthly reconciliations.Coordinate with banks, treasury, Group Finance, budgeting, operations, and other stakeholders as required.Review and enhance chart of accounts, cost centers, and profit centers in alignment with Group requirements and operations requirements.Support budget preparation, monitor actual performance against budget, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.Review contracts from a financial perspective, including budget capacity, payment terms, and financial obligations.Supervise inventory-related financial reports and ensure accuracy of balances and cost allocations.Manage ERP finance activities, act as finance key user, support implementation, and identify system gaps or reporting issues.Establish, improve, and monitor finance processes, procedures, internal controls, and reporting workflows.Manage, guide, and assign tasks to the finance/accounting team to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.8–12 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, preferably in operational companies.Background in construction, or logistics.Professional English proficiency is required.Advanced Excel, IFRS, CMA, or equivalent certifications/courses are preferred.
