About MinapharmMinapharm Pharmaceuticals is a leading pharmaceutical company in Egypt and the Middle East and the largest end-to-end manufacturer of biological therapies in MEA with over 20 years of experience in cellular and bioprocess engineering.Headquartered in Cairo, Minapharm commercializes over 100 life-saving and life-enhancing products ranging from small molecules to complex bioengineered proteins and viral vectors, with an impressive immunotherapy pipeline.Together with its wholly-owned Berlin-based subsidiary, ProBioGen AG - a world-leading CDMO, Minapharm has established an integrated business model making it the only gene-to-market company in the region.Consolidating its international platform of intelligent biopharmaceutical technologies with the longstanding process development and manufacturing expertise in the MEA, Minapharm, together with ProBioGen, has incorporated MiGenTra GmbH headquartered in Berlin and manufacturing in Cairo, to enhance the accessibility to critical healthcare transforming medicines through product development and commercialization of Biosimilar mABs, Cell, and Gene Therapies and vaccines, at affordable prices in Egypt, and MEA.Minapharm employs a collective workforce of over than 1400 individuals & continues to expand their workforce with talented pool of Human Capital.Our Core Values:Diversity & RespectIntegrity & AccountabilityCollaborationLeadership & EmpowermentInnovation & Continuous LearningJob SummaryLead the planning, execution, and reporting of all financial audit engagements within Minapharm Pharmaceuticals, ensuring the reliability of financial controls, compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations, and the timely delivery of evidence-based audit findings and recommendations to the Senior Manager.واجبات الوظيفةParticipate actively in developing the risk-based annual audit plan for financial audit engagements, ensuring alignment with company strategic objectives; present the financial audit plan component to the Senior Manager for approval.Develop and continuously update financial audit work programs covering accounts payable/receivable, payroll, fixed assets, treasury, tax compliance, and financial reporting.Lead and supervise the execution of all financial audit engagements; allocate tasks to audit staff, review working papers, and ensure adherence to IIA standards, quality benchmarks, and audit timelines.Conduct opening and closing meetings with auditee department heads; prepare and document meeting minutes.Identify, assess, and document financial risks that may hinder achievement of strategic and operational objectives for audited units.Execute unplanned/special financial audit assignments as directed by the Audit Committee or Senior Manager.Prepare draft financial audit reports with clear, evidence-based findings and actionable recommendations; submit to Senior Manager for review and approval prior to issuance.Prepare Corrective/Preventive Action Requests (CPAR) when non-conformities or control deficiencies are identified during audit execution.Contribute to periodic audit summary reports (quarterly, semi-annual, annual) covering financial audit findings and corrective action status.Monitor and follow up on the implementation of agreed corrective actions arising from financial audit findings; escalate unresolved items to Senior Manager.Perform follow-up inspection visits to verify that corrective measures identified during prior financial audits have been properly implemented.Establish and maintain an efficient filing and classification system for financial audit working papers, reports, and relevant documentation.Coordinate with the external auditors as directed by the Senior Manager; provide required financial data and working papers to support their engagement.Supervise, mentor, and review the work of financial audit staff (Senior and Junior Auditors); provide technical guidance and constructive feedback.Carry out any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor that fall within the scope of the role.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.CIA is preferred. CPA, CMA, or progress toward these certifications is an advantage.Minimum 6 years in internal or external audit with a financial focus; prior experience supervising junior staff.Good knowledge of IIA Standards, IFRS/IAS, Egyptian Accounting Standards, Egyptian Tax Law, and internal control frameworks (COSO).Strong analytical skills, professional skepticism, attention to detail, structured report writing, and ability to coach junior auditors.Proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
