Financial Controller (CPA)

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to manage financial operations, reporting, budgeting, controls, and compliance. The role will lead a finance team of seven and support senior management across real estate development projects.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and closing activities.Lead and develop a finance team of seven employees.Monitor cash flow, working capital, project costs, and financial performance.Ensure compliance with Egyptian accounting standards and tax regulations.Strengthen internal controls and financial risk-management processes.Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.Improve financial systems and reporting, including Power BI.Maintain strict confidentiality.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.CPA certification is mandatory.Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience.Previous experience in at least two real estate or property development roles.Strong knowledge of financial reporting, controls, and Egyptian tax regulations.Proven finance team leadership experience.English proficiency at B2 level or above.Advanced Microsoft Office skills; Power BI is preferred.Preferred residence in Sheikh Zayed or Maadi.
