Job Description* Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.* Monitor financial performance and profitability across business operations.* Analyze financial variances and recommend corrective actions.* Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and company policies.* Oversee financial reporting, month-end, and year-end closing activities.* Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital.* Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders.* Lead and develop the finance team while improving financial processes and controls.Requirements* Min 15 years of relevant finance experience.* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.* Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA is preferred.* Automotive industry experience is highly preferred.* Strong knowledge of IFRS, taxation, and financial reporting.* Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills.* Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Keyloop.* Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
