Strong expertise in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting.Financial Reporting, Compliance, and Data Analysis skills.Proficiency in Accounting Practices, Taxation, and Regulatory Standards.Experience managing and leading teams, as well as stakeholder communication.Strategic problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking skills.Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and spreadsheets.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. CPA, CMA, or equivalent certifications are an advantage.Previous experience in the retail sector is a plus.Experience at Oddo system is preferred
