The role provides forward-looking insights to senior leadership, challenges assumptions constructively, and translates financial data into strategic recommendations that improve profitability, cash generation, and operational efficiency.In your role you will:Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term planning cycles, developing robust financial models to support strategic decisions and growth initiatives.Deliver insightful management reports, dashboards, and KPI frameworks to track financial performance and highlight risks and opportunities.Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and functions, providing data‑driven insights, challenging assumptions, and supporting decision‑making across departments.Ensure standardized, auditable processes and data consistency, strengthening financial controls, planning discipline, and coordination with Accounting.Drive automation and efficiency in FP&A processes, enhance forecast accuracy, and lead team development and performance.The ideal candidate has: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.Professional qualification such as CMA, ACCA, CPA, or CIMA is strongly preferred.7–10 years of progressive finance experience, including significant FP&A exposure within manufacturing, FMCG, or multinational environments.Prior team management and business partnering experience required.Nice to have: Strong financial expertise in management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and deep understanding of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and working capital drivers.Commercial and governance knowledge, including pricing, investment appraisal, internal controls, and performance management frameworks.Advanced technical skills in Excel, financial modelling, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Dynamics), and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).Effective communication and stakeholder management, with the ability to present complex financial insights and lead cross‑functional projects.Leadership and strategic mindset, combining commercial acumen, decision‑making capability, influencing skills, and a strong focus on people development, ownership, and continuous improvement.Location: Giza, Egypt - Plant basedWorkplace Culture:Agrumaria Reggina fosters a professional environment that values diversity, inclusion, and personal growth.
