In your role you will: Design annual learning and development plans aligned to business priorities. Conduct training needs analysis and competency gap reviews. Manage internal and external training programs. Administer performance management cycles including goal setting and reviews. Coach managers on feedback and development planning. Track training ROI and performance KPIs. Support succession planning and talent reviews. The ideal candidate has: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, Psychology or related field. 3–5 years relevant HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
