Job TitleFinance FP&A SpecialistDepartmentFinanceReports ToFP&A Manager / Finance ManagerJob PurposeSupport financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis by providing accurate financial insights, supporting decision-making, and ensuring effective financial reporting within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesPrepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans.Analyze monthly financial performance and explain budget variances.Develop financial models and profitability analyses.Support product costing, pricing, and margin analysis.Monitor operational KPIs and provide performance insights.Prepare management reports and financial dashboards.Support business cases for new products and capital investments.Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, and Procurement on financial planning.Ensure data accuracy within ERP and financial reporting systems.Participate in month-end closing and financial review activities.Recommend opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement.Ensure compliance with company financial policies and internal controls.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.CMA, CFA, ACCA, or MBA is an advantage.Experience3–5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Finance, or Management Accounting.Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing is preferred.Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel.
