This role ensures excellence in execution, KPI realization, and full alignment with delivery and business targets.Role ProfileOwn the complete lifecycle of Enterprise wireless and fixed orders, from initiation to successful closure. Drive delivery execution across planning, implementation, and activation, ensuring momentum at every stage. Proactively track, prioritize, and resolve pending, aging, and high-impact requests. Ensure delivery commitments, timelines, and SLAs are consistently met or exceeded. Translate delivery progress into clear KPI tracking and measurable performance outcomes. Provide structured status updates, identify risks early, and manage escalations decisively. Act as a central point of coordination across VBU PMs, Planning , Implementation, Sales, and partners. Contribute to enterprise and strategic project pipelines, enabling scalable and sustainable delivery.Key Accountabilities / KPIs On-time delivery completion percentage KPI realization versus targets Reduction of aging backlog Cycle time from request to activation Delivery accuracy and SLA complianceCompetencies and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Communications Engineering. From 3 to 6 years of professional experience in project management, including 2 years in telecommunications. PMP® or equivalent certification preferred. Advanced software development experience in Python and data-driven applications. Experience working in Agile environments with frequent deliverables. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities. Skills & Experience Strong expertise in Fixed and Wireless Networks with hands-on experience in service delivery and demand management. Proven ability in tracking, reporting, coordination, and multi-stakeholder management. A strong ownership mindset that drives accountability and closure. Customer-focused approach with unwavering attention to timelines and service quality. Collaborative spirit that enables results through teamwork and shared ownership.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Collaborative team player with strong reasoning and analytical ability. Resilient under pressure with strong negotiation and planning skills. Commercially aware with solid financial understanding.
