May provide training and support to team members to ensure quality is maintained throughout the organization.Job DescriptionAt Kraft Heinz, we’re looking for a Food Safety & Compliance Manager to lead and strengthen our food safety systems, compliance framework, and quality culture across the site.In this role, you’ll help ensure our products, processes, and manufacturing practices consistently meet company standards, regulatory requirements, and recognized food safety certification schemes. You’ll drive a proactive, risk-based approach to food safety by leading programs such as HACCP, audits, risk assessments, validation and verification, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
