Ensure that products and services meet established quality standards. May provide training and support to team members to ensure quality is maintained throughout the organization.Job DescriptionAt Kraft Heinz, we’re looking for a Food Safety & Compliance Manager to lead and strengthen our food safety systems, compliance framework, and quality culture across the site.In this role, you’ll help ensure our products, processes, and manufacturing practices consistently meet company standards, regulatory requirements, and recognized food safety certification schemes. You’ll drive a proactive, risk-based approach to food safety by leading programs such as HACCP, audits, risk assessments, validation and verification, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives. You’ll also partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, R&D, and other cross-functional teams to embed food safety ownership into everyday decision-making and maintain strong audit readiness across the site.Key ResponsibilitiesLead food safety and quality systems across the manufacturing siteManage HACCP reviews, food defense programs, and internal audit activitiesSupport new product launches, line extensions, and process improvement projectsOversee compliance with external certifications and regulatory requirementsDrive corrective and preventive actions through risk assessment and gap analysisManage customer complaints, customer satisfaction processes, and site documentation controlDeliver food safety and quality training to employees and strengthen site capabilityPromote a strong quality culture and share best practices across Kraft Heinz factoriesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or Agriculture5+ years of experience in Food Safety or Quality Assurance, ideally in FMCGStrong knowledge of food safety systems, food hazards, microbiology, and quality processesExperience with GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, and food safety standardsLead Auditor certification is a plusStrong analytical skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentFluency in Arabic and English Location(s)6 October FactoryKraft Heinz is an Equal Opportunity Employer – Underrepresented Ethnic Minority Groups/Women/Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity and other protected classes.
