To co-operate with your employer, making sure you get proper training and demonstrate excellent compliance and behavior that supports Kitt Green Environment, Health and Safety policies and proceduresResponsibilitiesImprove asset reliability across the different areas of the site by driving the introduction of best practices, standards and new ways of working for the maintenance teamLead the implementation of Reliability Centered Maintenance, Total Productive Maintenance, Quantitative Preventive Maintenance and Condition Based Maintenance methodologies, tools and techniquesSupport the maintenance team in the implementation of the Kraft Heinz Management System, including review and improvement of maintenance strategies and asset careLead the creation of engineering standards with the goal of improving asset reliability and cost reductionProvide technical support to the operations and engineering teams, liaising with external service providers when necessaryLead collection and analysis of asset performance data and KPIs to guide improvement plans across the siteadhere to Safety and Quality standards, behaving as role model for the engineering teamsBe the subject matter expert for asset performance and reliability within area of responsibilityOwn specific asset reliability improvement plansGenerate asset performance and maintenance reports as requiredEnsure all site standards for parts and installations are up to date and adhere to industry best practicesSupport management of external service providersSupport the development of the site maintenance planning processComplete fault diagnosis and provide technical guidance with hands on approach when requiredExperienceBachelor’s degree in engineering3-5 relevant working experience in industrial operationsExperience in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)Experience in Total Productive Maintenance methodology, Reliability Centered Maintenance, Condition Based Maintenance practices, Failure Modes, Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) analysis and asset care optimization strategy are desiredExperience with continuous improvement, problem solving and root cause analysis tools, such as PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act), Ishikawa and 5W1HStrong analytical skills, a keen attention to detailA forward thinker who demonstrates a ‘can-do’ and ownership attitudesHas excellent communication and written skillsComputer literate with solid understanding of MS ExcelLocation(s)6 October FactoryKraft Heinz is an Equal Opportunity Employer – Underrepresented Ethnic Minority Groups/Women/Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity and other protected classes.
