The role ensures accurate, fair, and consistent assessments while identifying candidates’ strengths and areas for improvement in alignment with project requirements.Job Requirements:Professional Requirements:Previous experience in language assessment, recruitment, or teaching French is a plus.Excellent command of the French language (B2+ to C1+ in both written and spoken).Strong understanding of French grammar, pronunciation, and communication skills.Familiarity with language assessment tools and evaluation techniques is preferred.DALF, DELF, or equivalent certification is a plus.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.Strong attention to detail with the ability to provide objective evaluations.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Personal Qualifications and Skills:Strong analytical and observation skills.Ability to assess candidates from diverse backgrounds objectively.High level of professionalism and integrity.Good time management and ability to handle volume efficiently.Team player with strong interpersonal skills.Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow.Punctual, committed, and detail-oriented.
