Your day-to-day will involve:Executing high-volume recruitment to hit exciting targets and timelines.Building a diverse talent pipeline using creative traditional and non-traditional sourcing strategies.Managing the end-to-end candidate journey—from initial screening to onboarding—ensuring a professional and branded experience.Partnering with hiring managers to refine candidate quality and team fit.Mastering our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to keep data accurate and find top-tier talent.Driving our internal employee referral program to keep the talent coming from within.What We’re Looking ForExperience: Backgrounds in Sales or Customer Service are highly encouraged.
