Role Description We are seeking a fluent French-speaking Customer Service Representative for a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves answering customer inquiries via multiple communication channels, resolving issues promptly, and providing exceptional customer experiences. The successful candidate will act as a liaison between the company and its customers, ensuring satisfaction by addressing complaints, troubleshooting issues, and suggesting solutions.
