Role Description We are seeking a fluent French-speaking Customer Service Representative for a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves answering customer inquiries via multiple communication channels, resolving issues promptly, and providing exceptional customer experiences. The successful candidate will act as a liaison between the company and its customers, ensuring satisfaction by addressing complaints, troubleshooting issues, and suggesting solutions. Qualifications Proficiency in French, with excellent verbal and written communication skillsCustomer service experience, including managing inquiries and resolving complaintsStrong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle challenging situationsProficiency in using computer applications and navigating customer service softwareAbility to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently under pressureFlexibility to work in shifts, as required in a customer service environmentA proactive, empathetic, and customer-focused attitudePrevious experience in an on-site customer service or call center role is an advantageFluency in French is a MUST!
