Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a French-speaking Customer Service Representative, based in Qesm El Maadi. The role involves supporting customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering an excellent customer experience across multiple channels. Responsibilities include managing customer accounts, collecting feedback, and ensuring prompt and effective resolution of concerns while adhering to company guidelines and quality standards.
