Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a French-speaking Customer Service Representative, based in Qesm El Maadi. The role involves supporting customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering an excellent customer experience across multiple channels. Responsibilities include managing customer accounts, collecting feedback, and ensuring prompt and effective resolution of concerns while adhering to company guidelines and quality standards. Qualifications Proficiency in French (spoken and written) and excellent communication skillsCustomer service experience, with strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilitiesAbility to work in a dynamic, on-site team environment in Qesm El MaadiProficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and basic IT skillsExceptional organizational and time management skillsAdaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environmentPrior experience in the outsourcing or contact center industry is a strong advantageHigh school diploma or higher education; additional certifications in customer service are a plus
