Customer Engagement & DeliveryDeliver expert consulting services aligned with IBM Expert Labs methodology.Understand customer business objectives and translate them into technical solutions.Lead or contribute to complex software implementations, upgrades, and migrations.Act as a trusted technical advisor during the engagement lifecycle. Technical ExpertiseProvide deep technical expertise across IBM software platforms (e.g., Automation, Data, Integration, Security).Perform architecture design, configuration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.Resolve complex technical issues and lead root cause analysis.Ensure solutions follow IBM best practices and reference architectures. Project ExecutionDeliver work packages according to Statement of Work (SoW), scope, and timelines.Contribute to project planning, estimates, and technical risk management.Collaborate with project managers, architects, and cross-functional teams.
