Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo for a Fresh Real Estate Agent. The role involves engaging with clients to understand their needs, presenting property options, and guiding them through the home-buying or renting process. Responsibilities include performing market research, building strong client relationships, negotiating deals, showcasing properties, and ensuring exceptional customer service. As part of our dynamic team, you will also collaborate with colleagues to achieve collective and individual sales targets. Qualifications Possess a Real Estate License and knowledge of Real Property principlesFamiliarity with sales processes and techniques in the Real Estate industryStrong Customer Service and interpersonal skillsExcellent communication and negotiation abilitiesSelf-motivation and a proactive attitude towards achieving goalsAbility to work collaboratively in a team-driven environmentProficiency in using relevant software and tools used in Real Estate processes is a plus
