The Real Estate Agent will support clients through the entire property search and purchase process, including understanding client needs, presenting suitable projects, and arranging property viewings. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of available developments, coordinating with developers to secure offers, and providing clear, professional guidance to clients. The role involves building strong relationships, following up on leads, and contributing to a positive team environment. Training and mentoring will be provided to help the agent quickly develop the skills needed for success in real estate sales.Qualifications Candidates should possess or be willing to obtain a Real Estate License and basic knowledge of Real Property concepts.Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills with a client-focused, professional approach.Candidates should possess an interest in Real Estate and a desire to learn about the local market and available projects.Candidates should possess Sales skills, including communication, negotiation, and the ability to build rapport with clients.Additional beneficial qualifications include proficiency in English and Arabic, strong interpersonal and presentation skills, basic computer and CRM literacy, and the ability to work as part of a collaborative, high-performing team.
