The Property Consultant will support clients throughout the property buying or selling journey, including understanding client needs, presenting suitable residential and commercial options, and arranging site visits. Responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of projects and developers, preparing and delivering property presentations, and following up with leads generated through marketing channels and referrals. The role also involves guiding clients through pricing, payment plans, and contract terms in coordination with senior team members and management. The Property Consultant will update the CRM system, track sales activities, and collaborate with colleagues to achieve individual and team sales targets while providing a high standard of customer service.Qualifications Strong interest in real estate with foundational knowledge or training in Real Estate and Real Estate Sales.Possession of, or eligibility to obtain, a valid Real Estate License according to local regulations.Demonstrated Customer Service skills, including active listening, empathy, and responsiveness to client needs.Sales-focused mindset with basic Sales skills, such as prospecting, negotiation support, and closing under supervision.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a professional setting.Ability to work on-site in New Cairo, including flexibility to meet clients during evenings or weekends when required.Comfort using CRM systems, digital communication tools, and basic office applications.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for strong candidates.High level of integrity, professionalism, and a strong desire to learn and grow within the real estate industry.
