The Property Consultant will guide clients through the property buying and selling process, from initial inquiry to deal closure, ensuring a high-quality, client-focused experience. Daily responsibilities include understanding client needs, presenting suitable residential and commercial options, arranging and attending property viewings, and providing informed advice supported by market data. The role involves negotiating offers, preparing necessary documentation, and coordinating with developers and internal teams to finalize transactions. The Property Consultant will also maintain an up-to-date knowledge of projects, areas, pricing, and market trends, and proactively follow up with leads through calls, meetings, and digital channels to achieve sales targets.QualificationsStrong Consulting skills with the ability to assess client needs, provide tailored property recommendations, and offer data-backed advice.Highly PresentableExcellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and confident presentation abilities.Proven Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on building long-term relationships, handling inquiries professionally, and managing client expectations.Solid understanding of the Real Estate market, ideally within Cairo and surrounding areas, including key projects, developers, and market dynamics.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with strong time-management and organizational skills.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
