The Real Estate Sales Representative will support clients in identifying suitable properties, conducting property tours, and presenting a variety of developments that match their needs and budgets. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, building and maintaining client relationships, explaining project features and pricing, and guiding clients through the sales process from initial contact to closing. The role also involves coordinating with developers, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of available projects, and preparing proposals and presentations for clients. The person in this role is expected to work closely with the sales team, uphold company service standards, and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.Qualifications Candidates should possess Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, with a strong understanding of local market trends.Candidates should possess Sales skills, including negotiation, lead follow-up, and closing techniques.Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, demonstrating responsiveness, professionalism, and client-focused communication.Candidates should possess or be willing to obtain a Real Estate License in accordance with local regulations.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is highly beneficial.Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for client meetings and property visits.Comfort with using CRM tools, basic office software, and online listing platforms.High level of integrity, reliability, and a commitment to non-discriminatory, inclusive client interactions.Previous sales or customer-facing experience is an advantage; fresh graduates with strong motivation and learning ability are encouraged to apply.
