The Sales Person will support clients through the full sales cycle, including understanding their needs, presenting suitable projects from a wide portfolio, and guiding them through property selection. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting prospective clients, conducting property tours, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales activities. The role also involves building strong relationships with clients, coordinating with internal teams and developers, and continuously learning about available projects and market trends to provide informed advice.Qualifications Client-focused skills, including strong Customer Service abilities and a commitment to delivering a positive client experience.Interest in Real Estate and Real Property, with a willingness to develop knowledge of the local market and company projects.Sales-oriented skills, including motivation to meet targets, persuasive communication, and basic understanding of Sales processes.Possession of or willingness to obtain a Real Estate License, where applicable.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and confidently.Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment and build professional relationships.High level of integrity, professionalism, and reliability, with strong organizational and time management skills.Interest in learning, openness to training, and enthusiasm for developing a long-term career in real estate.
