Senior Manager Talent Acquisition

At The Address Investments, our people are the foundation of our growth. We're looking for a Senior / Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and own our entire talent acquisition function — the strategy, the process, and the team that bring the best talent through our doors.Reporting to the HR Director, you'll shape how we attract, assess, and hire across the organization, and drive continuous improvement in everything from sourcing to candidate experience.What you'll doDevelop and execute a company-wide talent acquisition strategy aligned with our business goals and workforce plans.Partner with department heads to define staffing needs, selection criteria, and ideal candidate profiles.Design and streamline end-to-end hiring processes for a seamless, positive candidate experience — from application to offer.Build and enhance our applicant tracking system (ATS) and nurture talent pipelines for current and future needs.Lead job fairs, career events, and employer-branding activities to engage top talent.Oversee every stage of the candidate journey — application, interviews, and communication.Partner with Marketing and HR to strengthen our employer brand and attraction initiatives.Implement assessment tools to evaluate candidates' skills, cultural fit, and potential.Lead, coach, and develop the TA team — set a clear vision, manage performance, and build a collaborative, high-morale culture.Track and report on key metrics: time-to-fill, quality of hire, offer acceptance, candidate experience, and event conversion.What you'll bring10–12 years of talent acquisition experience, with a proven track record in a similar leadership role.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong command of recruitment strategy, sourcing techniques, and employer branding.Hands-on experience with ATS and HR ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Odoo).Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.The detailsLocation: Head Office, New Cairo (on-site).
