Front Desk Management & Visitor Experience Greet all visitors, guests, and employees with a warm, professional, and branded B.TECH welcome.Manage the visitor log system (digital and physical sign-in), issue visitor badges, and coordinate with facility team for access control.Maintain the immaculate appearance of the reception area, lobby lounge, and adjacent waiting zones in alignment with B.TECH’s corporate identity guidelines.Switchboard & Communication Hub Operate the main company switchboard (high-volume, multi-line system) to screen, announce, and direct calls to the appropriate departments (HR, Legal, Finance, Commercial, Retail Operations, and Executive Management).Handle incoming/outgoing mail, courier deliveries, and internal memo distribution.Coordinate with Executive Assistants and Office Managers to schedule meetings, conference room bookings, and arrange catering for internal/external events held at HQ.Administrative & Clerical Support Provide comprehensive administrative support to the C-level and Senior Leadership Team.Manage office supply inventory, stationery procurement, and pantry restocking for the entrance floor.Assist in travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and expense reconciliation for visiting delegations and international business partners.Safety & Security Compliance Enforce visitor policies, emergency evacuation procedures, and coordinate with the Health & Safety team.Report any suspicious activity, maintenance issues, or facility irregularities to the Building Farcicality Manager.Event & Hospitality Coordination Liaise with the internal communications team to prepare newsletters and visual displays.Oversee catering setups, beverage stations, and audio-visual equipment checks for auditorium presentations.Arrange floral decorations, seating layouts, and gift bag assembly for shareholder briefings. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Communications, or a related field is preferred.Minimum 3–5 years in a corporate reception, concierge, or hotel residence, ideally within a retail, banking, or multinational corporate headquarters setting.Very presentableHigh level of communication skillsHigh level of organizing skills Technical SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Familiarity with visitor management software or switchboard operating systems.Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is essential for interacting with diverse stakeholders, including government officials and international suppliers.
