Welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.Manage meeting room bookings and visitor registrations.Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and courier services.Post job vacancies on recruitment platforms and social media channels.Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews.Schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.Assist in preparing employment offers and onboarding documents.Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation activities.
