Role Overview:Innovitics is hiring a Frontend Team Lead who will be responsible for managing frontend development activities and ensuring the successful delivery of projects, while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.Key Responsibilities:Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of frontend projects within timelines and quality standardsCollaborate with stakeholders to define scope, deliverables, and timelinesLead, mentor, and support the frontend team, promoting best practices and continuous developmentEnsure adherence to coding standards, performance optimization, and maintainabilityConduct code reviews and implement testing strategies to ensure reliabilityWork closely with backend teams, UX/UI, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiencesStay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements where neededTroubleshoot and resolve technical challenges efficientlyRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field6+ years of experience in frontend development, including 2-3 years in a leadership roleStrong experience with modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js)Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend best practicesExperience with Git and build tools such as Webpack and BabelGood understanding of UX/UI principlesStrong communication, leadership, and mentoring skillsBenefitsSocial insurance Medical insuranceAnnual RaisePerformance BonusSeasonal bonusLaptop allowanceWorking Conditions Location: New Cairo (Hybrid model)Working Hours: Flexible (9-11 AM start, 5-7 PM end)Days Off: Friday & Saturday
