The noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick-commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we’re six years in, but only 5% done.noon’s mission: Every door, every day.What you’ll do:Ensure that Consumables consumption is optimized among warehouses and wastages is reducedEnsure that all warehouses have basic safety stocks to avoid disruptions in order processingEnsure that all teams are using the packaging tools properly and drive the processes on the groundEnsure that Purchases of Consumables from Sellers are accurately accounted for and in warding into the WMS and Consumable Management ToolsDetermine, track and Drive most important Cost KPIs to achieve company’s objective of performance and costUnderstanding the ERP functions and reports to maximize output and efficiencyTrain, guide and evaluate new/old warehouse workers with respect to the ERP and best practicesPlanning and assigning daily workAddressing performance issues and improving productivity on the floorCommunicate and collaborate with other team membersEnsure compliance with SOPs, company policies, and safety standardsWhat you’ll need:Bachelor’s Degree in accounting , or relevantMinimum 3 years of experience in E-commerce in a related fieldAbility to write, speak and present effectively and persuasivelyCreative and analytical problem solver with a strong desire to constantly grow and evolvecapable of delivering results in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high energy environment.Who will excel?We’re looking for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment.
