Driven by our merchant-obsessed mindset and our sense of social responsibility, we are working our way to achieving sustainable development goals while creating a socially responsible business that makes the world a better place where everyone can be included.About the Role:The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory handling activities. The role focuses on operational efficiency, team productivity, inventory accuracy, safety compliance, and service level achievement. What You’ll Do :Warehouse OperationsSupervise daily warehouse activities including inbound, outbound, replenishment, and returns operations.Ensure timely receiving and dispatch of goods according to operational SLAs.Monitor warehouse space utilization and storage optimization.Ensure proper product handling and storage standards.Coordinate loading and unloading activities.Team SupervisionLead warehouse associates, pickers, packers, and forklift operators.Allocate manpower based on operational requirements and workload.Monitor team productivity and operational performance.Conduct shift briefings and operational follow-ups.Support hiring, onboarding, and training of warehouse staff.Inventory & Stock ControlEnsure inventory accuracy during operational activities.Support cycle counts, stock audits, and inventory reconciliation.Report stock discrepancies, damages, and operational issues.Ensure compliance with FIFO / FEFO procedures.Safety & ComplianceEnsure compliance with warehouse safety standards and operational SOPs.Monitor housekeeping and workplace organization.Ensure proper use of warehouse equipment and tools.Report and investigate operational incidents.Reporting & Performance MonitoringPrepare operational reports related to productivity, fulfillment, and warehouse performance.Track KPIs and identify operational improvement opportunities.Escalate operational risks and delays proactively.Process ImprovementIdentify operational bottlenecks and recommend improvements.Support warehouse process optimization initiatives.Participate in system implementations and operational projects.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.3–6 years of warehouse operations experience.FMCG, retail, e-commerce, or logistics background preferred.Experience managing warehouse teams and shifts.Good understanding of warehouse processes and inventory management.Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems.Good reporting and analytical skills.
